Mission
Our mission is to maintain server rules, moderate gameplay, support players with technical or in-game issues, and ensure a fair, immersive roleplay (RP) environment. They act as community managers to keep the server running smoothly and to resolve player disputes.

Anyone can apply! Must be at least 16 years or older & have been in the community for at-least 7 days.

1OwnerA successful server owner handles several key responsibilities daily, including server development and maintenance, staff management, community administration, and economy balancing. This involves managing hosting, coding and optimizing scripts, recruiting and supervising staff, resolving conflicts, organizing Discord and server rules, and maintaining a fair in-game economy. Running a server is highly time-consuming, requiring strong technical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

2Co-OwnerTeam & Moderation: Recruit staff, resolve player disputes, and manage server permissions via txAdmin. Finances & Store: Split hosting/script costs and manage the Tebex store for donations and perks. Development: Help configure, test, and implement new scripts, MLOs, and custom vehicles. Community & Growth: Design roleplay rules, market the server, and run engaging in-game events. In short: The crucial second-in-command handling operations, tech, and community management to keep the FiveM server running smoothly.

3Head AdminThe Head Admin(s) oversee the server’s administrative team, ensures fair rule enforcement, and maintains community health. Acting as the bridge between players, staff, and developers, this role handles high-level disputes and optimizes daily support operations. Core Responsibilities Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, evaluate, and supervise all administrators and moderators. Escalated Disputes: Review major player complaints, complex ban appeals, and resolve internal staff conflicts. Rule Governance: Maintain and fairly enforce server regulations regarding core infractions (e.g., RDM, VDM, Metagaming). Operations Management: Oversee the support ticket system and manage permissions for economy assets (gang stashes, businesses). Community Liaison: Gather player feedback and collaborate with Owners/Developers to implement gameplay and policy improvements.

4Senior AdminStaff Management & Mentorship Onboarding: Train trial admins and moderators on tools (like txAdmin) and SOPs. Supervision: Monitor ticket queues to ensure staff handle reports fairly and efficiently. Escalations & Ban Appeals Investigations: Take over high-priority tickets involving serious offenses (e.g., exploitation, massive fail-RP). Appeals: Review and resolve complex ban appeals and community complaints.

5Admin🎮 1. In-Game Management Enforcement: Protects immersion by stopping Fail-RP, RDM, and VDM. Support: Resolves active help tickets, glitches, and player assets via admin menus (vMenu/QBCore). Security: Monitors gameplay via noclip/spectate to catch and ban cheaters. ⚙️ 2. Server Operations & Technicals Frameworks: Adjusts server economy, job permissions (e.g., SAFR/Police ranks), and vehicle spawns. Staff Leadership: Onboards, trains, and manages junior moderators and support staff. Deployments: Coordinates server-wide events and rolls out asset/EUP updates. 💬 3. Community Relations Out-of-Game: Moderates Discord/forums, posts patch notes, and logs rules. Appeals: Reviews player complaints and ban appeals with unbiased conflict resolution. Retention: Gathers player feedback to improve the city and prevent staff burnout. The Admin Standard: Protect the realism, support the players, and keep the environment fair.
