    Director
    Oversees the entire dispatch center, budget, and administrative functions for the agency.
  2. 2
    Supervisor
    Manages shift operations, evaluates dispatcher performance, and handles escalated calls or personnel issues.
  3. 3
    Senior Dispatcher
    Takes on the most complex calls, acts as a lead worker, assists with training new personnel, or handles specialized tasks.
  4. 4
    Dispatcher
    Handles non-emergency calls, enters data, and begins learning radio dispatching under direct supervision. Is fully trained to operate radios, dispatch appropriate emergency personnel, and handle critical incidents.
